⚠️ Terms for Direct Import and Purchasing from Canada (Please read before purchasing)

• Direct Import from Canada and Estimated Timeline: Products are air-freighted directly from Canada to Hong Kong. Delivery is generally expected within 10–14 working days after payment and order confirmation, with the actual receipt time being approximately two weeks. "Working days" exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Timeline is an Estimate: Arrival dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In the event of significant delays or unavailability, we will contact you to follow up based on the situation.
• Proxy Service and Local Warranty: This item is purchased/imported directly from Canada. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, there is no local official or agency warranty in Hong Kong. We do not provide separate commercial warranty services such as repairs, replacement parts, or technical support.
• Changes After Ordering: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, requests for cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to a change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preferences, or improper fit are generally not accepted. Please double-check all options and information before placing your order.
• Supply and Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, color schemes, or details. Website images are for reference only, and the actual version received from Canada shall prevail. If there are significant changes to the core model, quantity, or major specifications, we will handle the situation accordingly.
• Shipping Appearance: Long-distance transportation may result in slight indentations, creases, or scratches on the outer box; if the product itself, its function, quality, and seal remain unaffected, this is generally not considered a product quality issue.
• Size, Color, and Fit: Variations may occur due to body type, style, wearing method, screen display, and manual measurement. Unless the product is significantly inconsistent with the selected specifications or description, personal fit or slight color differences are generally not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Products: Items such as intimate apparel, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene products cannot be returned or exchanged for non-quality reasons once unsealed, tried on, used, or if the original seal is broken.
• Inspection Upon Receipt: Please check the product, quantity, style, appearance, and seal as soon as possible after receipt; in case of incorrect items, shortages, major damage, or quality issues, please contact us within 48 hours along with order details, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos so we can verify with the supplier or logistics provider.
• Usage and Precautions: Please follow the manufacturer's label, sizing, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Problems resulting from normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Legal Rights: If an item is incorrectly shipped, significantly inconsistent with the description, possesses a major quality issue, or if shipping damage affects the product itself, its function, quality, or seal, we will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be legally excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
