• Canadian Direct Shipping and Estimated Timeframe: Items are shipped directly from Canada via international air freight and are generally expected to arrive within 10–14 working days after payment and order confirmation, with an actual delivery time of about two weeks. "Working days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or Hong Kong/Canadian public holidays.
• Estimated Timeframes: Arrival dates are not guaranteed; delays may be caused by supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. We will contact you in case of significant delays or unavailability.
• Sourcing and Local Warranty: This product is a Canadian-sourced/direct-shipped item. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, there is no local Hong Kong manufacturer or agent warranty; we do not provide additional commercial warranty services such as repairs, parts replacement, or technical support.
• Post-Order Changes: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, we generally do not accept cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to changes of heart, incorrect size/color/style choices, personal preferences, or poor fit; please carefully check all options and information before placing your order.
• Supply and Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, colors, or details; website images are for reference only, and the actual Canadian version received prevails. If there are significant changes to core models, quantities, or major specifications, we will handle them on a case-by-case basis.
• Shipping Appearance: Long-distance shipping may cause slight indentations, creases, or scratches on the outer box; if the product itself, its functionality, quality, and seals remain unaffected, this is generally not considered a product quality issue.
• Size, Color, and Fit: Variations may occur due to different body types, footwear, wearing methods, screen displays, and manual measurements. Unless the product significantly differs from the selected specifications or description, personal fit or slight color differences are generally not considered quality issues.
• Hygienic Products: Once intimate apparel, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene products are opened, tried on, used, or their original seals are damaged, returns or exchanges for non-quality issues are generally not accepted.
• Inspection Upon Receipt: Please check the item, quantity, style, appearance, and seals as soon as possible after receipt. If there are incorrect items, shortages, significant damage, or quality issues, it is recommended to contact us within 48 hours with order information, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos for investigation with the supplier or logistics provider.
• Usage and Precautions: Please follow the manufacturer's labels, sizing, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Problems caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Legal Rights: If an item is incorrectly shipped, significantly deviates from the description, has significant quality issues, or has transit damage that affects the product's functionality, quality, or seals, we will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be legally excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong laws.
