• Canada Direct Shipping and Estimated Timeframe: Products are arranged for international air freight directly from Canada to Hong Kong. Delivery is generally estimated within 10–14 working days after payment and order confirmation; actual receipt time is about two weeks. "Working days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or Hong Kong/Canadian public holidays.
• Timeframe is an estimate: Delivery dates are not guaranteed; delays may be caused by supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In the event of significant delays or unavailability, our store will contact you based on the actual situation.
• Purchasing and Local Warranty: This product is a Canadian proxy purchase/direct shipment item. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, there is no local Hong Kong manufacturer or agent warranty provided. Our store does not provide commercial warranty services such as repairs, parts replacement, or technical support.
• Changes after Ordering: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or poor fit are generally not accepted; please double-check all options and details before placing an order.
• Supply and Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, color schemes, or details. Website images are for reference only; the actual version received from Canada shall prevail. If there are major changes to the core model, quantity, or main specifications, our store will handle the situation accordingly.
• Transport Appearance: Long-distance transport may cause slight dents, creases, or scratches on the outer box. If the product itself, its function, quality, and seals remain unaffected, this is generally not considered a product quality issue.
• Size, Color, and Fit: Reasonable differences may occur due to body shape, shoe style, wearing method, screen display, and manual measurement. Unless the product is clearly inconsistent with the selected specifications or description, personal fit or slight color differences are generally not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Products: Once intimate apparel, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene products are opened, tried on, used, or their original seals damaged, returns and exchanges for non-quality reasons are generally not accepted.
• Receipt Inspection: Please check the product, quantity, style, appearance, and seals as soon as possible after receipt. If there are incorrect items, shortages, significant damage, or quality issues, it is recommended to contact our store within 48 hours with order details, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos for investigation with the supplier or logistics provider.
• Usage and Precautions: Please follow the manufacturer's label, size, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Problems caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Legal Rights: If the product is the wrong item, significantly inconsistent with the description, has major quality issues, or transport damage has affected the product itself, function, quality, or seals, our store will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
