⚠️ Terms for Direct Import and Procurement from Canada (Please note before purchasing)

• Direct Import from Canada and Estimated Delivery Time: Products are arranged via international air freight from Canada to Hong Kong. Delivery is generally expected within 10–14 working days after payment and order confirmation. The actual receipt time is approximately two weeks. "Working days" exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Timeframes are Estimates: Arrival dates are not guaranteed; delays may be caused by supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In the event of significant delays or unavailability, we will contact you and follow up based on the actual situation.
• Procurement and Local Warranty: This product is a Canadian procurement/direct import item. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, there is no local official or agency warranty in Hong Kong. We do not provide commercial warranty services such as repairs, parts replacement, or technical support.
• Changes After Ordering: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, requests for cancellation, refunds, or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preferences, or lack of fit are generally not accepted; please double-check all options and details carefully before placing your order.
• Supply and Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, colorways, or details. Website images are for reference only; the actual current Canadian version received shall prevail. We will handle significant changes to core models, quantities, or major specifications accordingly.
• Shipping Appearance: Long-distance transport may cause slight indentations, creases, or scratches on the outer box; if the product itself, its functionality, quality, and seals remain unaffected, this is generally not considered a product quality issue.
• Size, Color, and Fit: Reasonable differences may arise due to different body types, shoe styles, wearing methods, screen displays, and manual measurement. Unless the product significantly differs from the chosen specification or description, personal fit or slight color variations are generally not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Products: Personal clothing, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene products are generally not returnable or exchangeable after being opened, tried on, used, or after their original seals have been damaged, unless there is a quality issue.
• Inspection Upon Receipt: Please check the product, quantity, style, appearance, and seals as soon as possible after receipt; for incorrect items, shortages, significant damage, or quality issues, it is recommended to contact us within 48 hours, along with order information, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos, to facilitate investigation with the supplier or logistics provider.
• Usage and Precautions: Please follow the original manufacturer's labels, sizing, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Issues caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Legal Rights: If the product is incorrect, significantly deviates from the description, has major quality issues, or if shipping damage has affected the product itself, its functionality, quality, or seals, we will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong laws.
