• Canada Direct Shipping & Estimated Timeline: Products are arranged for direct international air freight from Canada to Hong Kong. Delivery is generally expected within 10–14 working days after payment and order confirmation; the actual receipt time is about two weeks. "Working days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or Hong Kong or Canadian public holidays.
• Estimated Timeline: Delivery dates are not guaranteed; delays may be caused by supplier processing, peak seasons, flight schedules, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In the event of significant delays or failure to supply, we will contact you and follow up based on the actual situation.
• Purchasing & Local Warranty: This product is a Canadian purchase/direct shipment item. Unless otherwise specified in writing on the product page, there is no local manufacturer or agency warranty in Hong Kong, and we do not provide commercial warranty services such as repairs, parts replacement, or technical support.
• Changes After Ordering: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to changes of mind, incorrect selection of size/color/style, personal preference, or improper fit are generally not accepted; please carefully check all options and information before placing your order.
• Supply & Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, colors, or details. Website images are for reference only; the actual Canadian version received shall prevail. If there are major changes to core models, quantities, or key specifications, we will handle them based on the actual situation.
• Shipping Appearance: Long-distance transport may cause slight indentations, creases, or scratches on the outer box; if the product itself, its function, quality, and seal are not affected, this is generally not considered a product quality issue.
• Sizes, Colors, and Fit: Reasonable differences may occur due to different body types, shoe styles, wearing methods, screen displays, and manual measurements. Unless the product is clearly inconsistent with the selected specifications or description, personal fit or minor color differences are generally not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Products: Once intimate apparel, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene products have been unsealed, tried on, used, or their original seals damaged, returns and exchanges for non-quality issues are generally not accepted.
• Receipt Inspection: Please check the product, quantity, style, appearance, and seal as soon as possible after receipt. If there are incorrect items, shortages, major damage, or quality issues, it is recommended to contact us within 48 hours with order information, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos to facilitate verification with the supplier or logistics.
• Usage & Notices: Please follow the manufacturer's labels, size charts, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Problems caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Legal Rights: If the product is the wrong item, clearly inconsistent with the description, has significant quality issues, or has transit damage that affects the product itself, its function, quality, or seal, we will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
