⚠️ Canada Direct Purchase and Proxy Terms (Please Read Before Ordering)

• Canada Direct Shipping and Estimated Timeframe: Items are shipped from Canada via international air freight to Hong Kong. Delivery is generally expected within 10–14 working days after payment and order confirmation; actual arrival time is approximately two weeks. "Working days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or Hong Kong/Canadian public holidays.
• Estimates Only: Arrival dates are not guaranteed; delays may be caused by supplier processing, peak seasons, flight schedules, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. In the event of significant delays or unavailability, we will contact you to follow up based on the situation.
• Proxy Service and Local Warranty: This product is a Canadian proxy/direct purchase item. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, there is no Hong Kong local manufacturer or agency warranty. We do not provide commercial warranty services such as repairs, parts replacement, or technical support.
• Changes After Ordering: Once an order has been submitted to the Canadian supplier, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to changes of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or poor fit are generally not accepted. Please carefully verify all options and information before placing your order.
• Supply and Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, colors, or details. Website images are for reference only; the actual Canadian version received shall prevail. We will handle cases involving significant changes to core models, quantities, or major specifications on a case-by-case basis.
• Shipping Appearance: Long-distance shipping may cause minor pressure marks, creases, or scratches to the outer packaging; if the product itself, its function, quality, and seals remain unaffected, this is generally not considered a product quality issue.
• Sizing, Color, and Fit: Variations may occur due to body type, footwear style, wearing method, screen display, and manual measurement. Unless the item is significantly different from the selected specifications or description, personal fit or minor color differences are generally not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Items: Intimate apparel, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene items cannot be returned or exchanged for non-quality reasons once unsealed, tried on, used, or their original seals are damaged.
• Upon Receipt: Please inspect the items, quantity, style, appearance, and seals as soon as possible after arrival. If there are incorrect items, shortages, significant damage, or quality issues, it is recommended to contact us within 48 hours along with order details, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos for investigation with the supplier or logistics provider.
• Usage and Precautions: Please follow the manufacturer's labels, sizing, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Problems caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Legal Rights: If an item is shipped incorrectly, significantly differs from the description, has major quality issues, or transit damage affects the product itself, its function, quality, or seals, we will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
