Delivery is generally expected within 10–14 working days after payment and order confirmation, with actual receipt taking approximately two weeks. "Working days" exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Timelines are Estimates: Delivery dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In the event of significant delays or supply issues, we will contact you based on the situation.
• Procurement and Local Warranty: This product is a Canadian import/direct purchase item. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, no local Hong Kong manufacturer or agent warranty is provided, nor do we provide commercial services such as repairs, parts replacement, or technical support.
• Post-Order Changes: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, requests for cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to changes of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preferences, or improper fit are generally not accepted. Please carefully verify all options and information before placing your order.
• Supply and Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labeling, batches, colors, or details. Website images are for reference only; the actual version received from Canada prevails. If there are major changes to the core model, quantity, or primary specifications, we will handle them on a case-by-case basis.
