⚠️ Canada Direct Purchase Terms (Please read before purchasing)

• Direct from Canada and Estimated Timeline: Products are arranged for international air freight from Canada to Hong Kong. Delivery is generally expected within 10–14 working days after payment and order confirmation, with an actual arrival time of about two weeks. "Working days" exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Timeline is an estimate: Delivery dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In the event of significant delays or inability to supply, we will contact and follow up according to the actual situation.
• Purchasing Service and Local Warranty: This product is a Canadian purchasing service/direct shipment. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, there is no local manufacturer or agency warranty in Hong Kong, and we do not provide separate commercial warranty services such as repairs, parts replacement, or technical support.
• Changes after Ordering: Once the order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or poor fit are generally not accepted; please carefully check all options and information before placing your order.
• Supply and Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, color schemes, or details. Website images are for reference only; the actual Canadian version received prevails. In the event of major changes to core models, quantities, or key specifications, we will handle it according to the actual situation.
• Transport Appearance: Long-distance transport may cause slight dents, creases, or scratches to outer boxes; if the product itself, its function, quality, and seals are unaffected, it is generally not considered a product quality issue.
• Size, Color, and Fit: Differences in body shape, shoe style, wearing method, screen display, and manual measurement may cause reasonable variations. Unless the product is significantly different from the selected specifications or description, personal fit or minor color differences are generally not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Products: Personal clothing, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene products are generally not eligible for non-quality-related returns or exchanges once the original seal is broken, tried on, used, or damaged.
• Receipt Inspection: Please check the product, quantity, style, appearance, and seals as soon as possible after receipt; in case of incorrect items, shortages, significant damage, or quality issues, it is recommended to contact us within 48 hours with order information, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos for verification with the supplier or logistics provider.
• Usage and Precautions: Please follow the manufacturer's label, size, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Problems caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Legal Rights: If the product is incorrect, significantly different from the description, has major quality issues, or transit damage has affected the product itself, its function, quality, or seals, we will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
