⚠️ Canada Direct Purchase Terms (Please read before purchasing)

• Canada Direct Shipping and Estimated Timeline: Products are arranged via international air freight directly from Canada to Hong Kong, with an estimated delivery time of 10–14 working days after payment and order confirmation; actual receipt time is approximately two weeks. "Working days" exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and Hong Kong or Canadian public holidays.
• Timeline is an estimate: Arrival dates are not guaranteed; delays may be caused by supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In the event of significant delays or unavailability, we will contact you and follow up based on the situation.
• Purchasing and Local Warranty: This product is purchased/shipped directly from Canada. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, there is no local Hong Kong manufacturer or agent warranty; we do not provide separate commercial warranty services such as repairs, replacement parts, or technical support.
• Changes after Order Placement: Once the order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to changes of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or poor fit are generally not accepted; please double-check all options and information before placing your order.
• Supply and Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, color schemes, or details; website images are for reference only, and the actual Canadian version received shall prevail. In the event of major changes to core models, quantities, or key specifications, we will handle them according to the actual situation.
• Shipping Appearance: Long-distance transport may cause minor dents, creases, or scratches to the outer box; if the product itself, functionality, quality, and seal are unaffected, this is generally not considered a product quality issue.
• Size, Color, and Fit: Differences in body shape, footwear, wearing style, screen display, and manual measurement may lead to reasonable discrepancies. Unless the product is clearly inconsistent with the selected specifications or description, issues related to personal fit or minor color differences are generally not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Products: Once intimate apparel, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene products are opened, tried on, used, or their original seals damaged, returns or exchanges for non-quality reasons are generally not accepted.
• Receipt Inspection: Please check the product, quantity, style, appearance, and seal as soon as possible after receipt; if there are incorrect items, shortages, significant damage, or quality issues, it is recommended to contact us within 48 hours along with order details, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos for investigation with the supplier or logistics provider.
• Use and Precautions: Please follow the manufacturer's label, size, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Problems caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Legal Rights: If the product is incorrect, significantly inconsistent with the description, has major quality issues, or transit damage affects the product's own functionality, quality, or seal, we will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
