• Direct Shipping from Canada and Estimated Timeline: Products are arranged for international air freight from Canada to Hong Kong, generally expected to be delivered within 10–14 working days after payment and order confirmation. The actual delivery time is approximately two weeks. "Working days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or Hong Kong or Canadian public holidays.
• Timeline is an estimate: Arrival dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. If there are significant delays or failure to supply, we will contact and follow up according to the actual situation.
• Procurement and Local Warranty: This product is a Canadian procurement/direct shipping item. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, there is no local Hong Kong official or agent warranty, and we do not provide separate commercial warranty services such as repairs, parts replacement, or technical support.
• Changes after placing an order: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, we generally do not accept cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to changes of heart, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preferences, or poor fit; please carefully check all options and information before placing your order.
• Supply and Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, color schemes, or details. Website images are for reference only, subject to the actual current Canadian version received. If there are major changes to the core model, quantity, or major specifications, we will handle it according to the actual situation.
• Shipping Appearance: Long-distance shipping may cause slight indentations, creases, or scratches on the outer box; if the product itself, functionality, quality, and seals are not affected, this is generally not considered a product quality issue.
• Size, Color, and Fit: Different body types, shoe styles, wearing methods, screen displays, and manual measurements may cause reasonable differences. Unless the product is clearly inconsistent with the selected specifications or description, related personal fit or slight color differences are generally not considered quality issues.
• Sanitary Products: Once intimate apparel, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene products have been opened, tried on, used, or their original seals damaged, returns/exchanges for non-quality reasons are generally not accepted.
• Inspection upon Receipt: Please check the product, quantity, style, appearance, and seals as soon as possible after receipt; in case of incorrect items, shortages, major damage, or quality issues, it is recommended to contact us within 48 hours along with order details, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos to facilitate checks with suppliers or logistics.
• Usage and Precautions: Please follow the official label, size, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Problems caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Legal Rights: If the product is incorrect, significantly inconsistent with the description, has major quality issues, or shipping damage has affected the product itself, functionality, quality, or seals, we will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be legally excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
