⚠️ Canada Direct Purchase Terms (Please read before ordering)

• Canada Direct Shipping and Estimated Timeframe: Items are air-shipped directly from Canada to Hong Kong. Expected arrival is generally 10–14 working days after payment and order confirmation; actual receipt usually takes about two weeks. "Working days" exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Timeframe is an estimate: Arrival dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In cases of significant delay or unavailability, we will contact you to follow up.
• Purchasing Agency and Local Warranty: This product is a Canadian purchase agency/direct shipment item. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, no local manufacturer or agent warranty in Hong Kong is provided. We do not offer commercial warranty services such as repairs, parts replacement, or technical support.
• Changes after Ordering: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or improper fit are generally not accepted. Please carefully review all options and information before placing your order.
• Supply and Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, colors, or details. Website images are for reference only; the actual version received from Canada prevails. If there are major changes to the core model, quantity, or key specifications, we will handle them accordingly.
• Transport Appearance: Long-distance shipping may cause slight pressure marks, creases, or scratches on the outer box. If the product itself, its function, quality, and seal are unaffected, this is generally not considered a quality issue.
• Size, Color, and Fit: Reasonable differences may occur due to body shape, shoe style, wearing method, screen display, and manual measurement. Unless the item is significantly inconsistent with the chosen specifications or description, personal fit or minor color differences are generally not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Products: Once intimate apparel, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene products are unsealed, tried on, used, or their original seals are damaged, they are generally not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a quality issue.
• Inspection upon Receipt: Please check the items, quantity, style, appearance, and seals as soon as possible after receipt. If there are incorrect items, shortages, major damage, or quality issues, please contact us within 48 hours with order information, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos so that we can verify with the supplier or logistics provider.
• Use and Precautions: Please follow the manufacturer's label, size, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Problems caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Legal Rights: If an item is incorrectly shipped, significantly inconsistent with the description, has major quality issues, or has sustained transport damage that affects the product itself, its function, quality, or seal, we will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be legally excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
