⚠️ Canadian Direct Import and Purchasing Terms (Please read before purchasing)

• Direct Import from Canada and Estimated Timeline: Items are air-freighted directly from Canada to Hong Kong. Generally, delivery is expected within 10–14 working days after payment and order confirmation, with actual receipt taking about two weeks. "Working days" exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Timeline is an Estimate: Arrival dates are not guaranteed; delays may be caused by supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In the event of significant delays or unavailability, our shop will contact you to follow up accordingly.
• Purchase Agency and Local Warranty: This product is a Canadian direct import/purchased item. Unless stated otherwise in writing on the product page, no local Hong Kong official or agent warranty is provided, and our shop does not provide repair, parts replacement, or technical support services.
• Changes After Ordering: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to a change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or poor fit are generally not accepted; please double-check all options and information before placing your order.
• Supply and Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, color schemes, or details. Website images are for reference only; the actual Canadian version received prevails. In the event of significant changes to core models, quantities, or major specifications, our shop will handle them on a case-by-case basis.
• Shipping Appearance: Long-distance shipping may cause minor dents, creases, or scratches to the outer box; if the product itself, its function, quality, and seal are unaffected, this is generally not considered a product quality issue.
• Size, Color, and Fit: Reasonable variations may occur due to different body types, shoe styles, wearing methods, screen displays, and manual measurements. Unless the product significantly deviates from the selected specifications or description, issues related to personal fit or minor color differences are generally not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Products: Personal care items, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene products cannot be returned or exchanged if they are unsealed, tried on, used, or if their original seals are damaged, provided they are not defective.
• Receipt Inspection: Please check the item, quantity, style, appearance, and seal as soon as you receive the goods. In case of wrong items, shortages, significant damage, or quality issues, it is recommended to contact our shop within 48 hours, including order details, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos for verification with the supplier or logistics provider.
• Usage and Precautions: Please follow the official label, sizing, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Problems caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modification are not considered product quality issues.

Legal Rights: If the product is incorrect, significantly different from the description, has major quality issues, or if shipping damage has affected the product's function, quality, or seal, our shop will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be legally excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
