⚠️ Canadian Direct Purchase & Procurement Terms (Please read before purchasing)

• Direct Canadian Import & Estimated Lead Time: Items are shipped directly from Canada via international air freight to Hong Kong. Generally, delivery is expected within 10–14 working days after payment and order confirmation; actual receipt usually takes about two weeks. "Working days" exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Estimated Timelines: Arrival dates are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We will contact you if there are significant delays or if an item becomes unavailable.
• Procurement and Local Warranty: This product is a Canadian direct import/procurement item. Unless stated otherwise in writing on the product page, it does not come with a Hong Kong local manufacturer or agent warranty. We do not provide commercial warranty services such as repairs, parts replacement, or technical support.
• Post-Order Changes: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or improper fit are generally not accepted. Please carefully verify all options and information before placing your order.
• Supply and Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, colors, or details. Website images are for reference only; the actual version received from Canada prevails. We will handle cases involving significant changes to core models, quantities, or major specifications as they arise.
• Shipping Appearance: Long-distance transit may cause minor indentations, creases, or scratches to the outer box. If the product itself, its function, quality, and seals remain unaffected, this is generally not considered a product quality issue.
• Size, Color, and Fit: Variations may occur due to differences in body type, styles, wearing methods, screen displays, and manual measurement. Unless the product significantly deviates from the selected specifications or description, issues related to personal fit or minor color differences are not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Products: Personal garments, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene products generally cannot be returned or exchanged for non-quality reasons once unsealed, tried on, used, or if the original seal is broken.
• Upon Receipt Inspection: Please check the item, quantity, style, appearance, and seals as soon as possible after receipt. If there are incorrect items, shortages, major damage, or quality issues, please contact us within 48 hours with order details, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos for investigation with the supplier or logistics provider.
• Usage and Precautions: Please follow the manufacturer's labels, size, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Issues arising from normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered quality issues.

Legal Rights: In the event that a product is incorrect, significantly deviates from the description, has major quality issues, or transit damage has affected the product's function or quality, we will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be legally excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
