⚠️ Canada Direct Shipping and Purchasing Terms (Please read before purchase)
- Canada Direct Shipping and Estimated Time: Items are shipped directly from Canada to Hong Kong via international air freight. Delivery is generally expected within 10–14 working days after payment and order confirmation, with an actual arrival time of approximately two weeks. "Working days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
- Estimated Timeframe: Arrival dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight schedules, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We will contact you to follow up in case of significant delays or unavailability.
- Purchasing Service and Local Warranty: This product is a Canada purchase/direct shipment. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, there is no local Hong Kong manufacturer or agent warranty, and we do not provide commercial warranty services such as repairs, parts replacement, or technical support.
- Changes After Ordering: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to change of mind, choosing the wrong size/color/style, personal preference, or improper fit are generally not accepted; please verify all options and information carefully before placing your order.
- Supply and Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, colors, or details. Website images are for reference only; the actual version received from Canada prevails. We will handle situations involving major changes to core models, quantities, or key specifications as appropriate.
- Shipping Appearance: Long-distance shipping may cause slight indentations, creases, or scratches on the outer box. If the product itself, its functionality, quality, and seal remain unaffected, this is generally not considered a product quality issue.
- Size, Color, and Fit: Variations may occur due to different body types, footwear styles, wearing methods, screen displays, and manual measurements. Unless the item clearly does not match the chosen specification or description, personal fit or slight color differences are generally not considered quality issues.
- Hygiene Products: Undergarments, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene products are generally non-returnable for non-quality issues once the seal is broken, tried on, used, or the original packaging is damaged.
- Inspection Upon Receipt: Please check the product, quantity, style, appearance, and seal as soon as possible upon receipt. In case of incorrect items, shortages, major damage, or quality issues, please contact us within 48 hours with order information, full packaging, and clear photos/videos so that we can investigate with the supplier or logistics provider.
- Usage and Precautions: Please follow the manufacturer's labels, size guidelines, usage, cleaning, and maintenance instructions. Problems caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.
Legal Rights: If the product is incorrect, clearly inconsistent with the description, has major quality issues, or if shipping damage has affected the product itself, its functionality, quality, or seal, we will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be legally excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
