• Canada Direct Shipping and Estimated Timeliness: Items are shipped directly from Canada via international air freight to Hong Kong, generally expected to arrive within 10–14 business days after payment and order confirmation. The actual receipt time is approximately two weeks. "Business days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Estimated Timeliness: Arrival dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In case of significant delay or unavailability, we will contact you and follow up based on the actual situation.
• Proxy Purchase and Local Warranty: This product is a proxy purchase/direct shipment from Canada. Unless otherwise specified in writing on the product page, there is no local manufacturer's or agent's warranty in Hong Kong, nor do we provide commercial warranty services such as repair, parts replacement, or technical support.
• Changes After Ordering: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to a change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or poor fit are generally not accepted. Please carefully verify all options and information before placing an order.
• Supply and Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, colorways, or details. Website images are for reference only, and the actual product received will be the current version from Canada. If there are major changes to the core model, quantity, or main specifications, we will handle it based on the actual situation.
• Shipping Appearance: Long-distance transportation may result in slight indentations, creases, or scratches on the outer box. If the product itself, its function, quality, and seals are unaffected, this is generally not considered a product quality issue.
• Size, Color, and Fit: Reasonable variations may occur due to different body types, shoe styles, wearing habits, screen displays, and manual measurements. In case of incorrect item, shortage, significant damage, or quality issues, it is recommended to contact us within 48 hours with order details, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos for verification with the supplier or logistics.
• Usage and Precautions: Please follow the original manufacturer's labels, sizing, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Issues arising from normal wear and tear, improper use, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Legal Rights: If the product is incorrect, significantly deviates from the description, has major quality issues, or if shipping damage affects the product itself, its function, quality, or seals, we will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong laws.
