⚠️ Canada Direct Purchase & Purchasing Terms (Please read before ordering)

• Canada Direct Shipment & Estimated Timing: Products are shipped directly from Canada via international air freight to Hong Kong. Delivery is generally expected within 10–14 working days after payment and order confirmation; actual arrival time is approximately two weeks. "Working days" exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Estimates Only: Arrival dates are not guaranteed. Delays may be caused by supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. If there is a significant delay or inability to supply, we will contact you to follow up.
• Purchasing & Local Warranty: This item is a Canadian direct purchase/import. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, no local Hong Kong manufacturer or agency warranty is provided, and we do not offer commercial maintenance services such as repairs, parts replacement, or technical support.
• Changes After Ordering: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, we generally do not accept cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to a change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or improper fit; please double-check all options and information before placing your order.
• Supply and Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, color schemes, or details. Website images are for reference only; the actual Canadian version received shall prevail. If there are major changes to core models, quantities, or key specifications, we will handle them accordingly.
• Transportation Appearance: Long-distance shipping may cause slight indentations, creases, or scratches on the outer box; if the product itself, its function, quality, and seals remain unaffected, it is generally not considered a product quality issue.
• Sizing, Color, and Fit: Differences in body shape, style, screen display, and manual measurement may lead to reasonable variations. Unless the product significantly deviates from the selected specifications or description, personal fit or minor color differences are generally not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Products: Personal clothing, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene items are generally not eligible for return/exchange once opened, tried on, used, or if the original seal is broken, unless there is a quality issue.
• Receipt Inspection: Please check the items, quantity, style, appearance, and seals as soon as possible after receipt. In case of wrong items, shortages, significant damage, or quality issues, we recommend contacting us within 48 hours along with order details, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos for our verification with suppliers or logistics.
• Usage and Precautions: Please follow the manufacturer's labels, sizing, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human-inflicted damage, or problems caused by unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Legal Rights: If the product is the wrong item, significantly different from the description, has major quality issues, or transit damage has affected the product's function, quality, or seals, we will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
