⚠️ Terms for Direct Import and Procurement from Canada (Please read before purchasing)

• Direct Import from Canada and Estimated Timeline: Products are arranged for international air freight from Canada directly to Hong Kong. Delivery is generally expected within 10–14 working days after payment and order confirmation, with actual arrival taking about two weeks. "Working days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Timeline is an Estimate: Arrival dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In the event of significant delays or unavailability, we will contact you and follow up based on the situation.
• Procurement and Local Warranty: This product is a Canadian procurement/direct import item. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, it does not include a local manufacturer or agent warranty in Hong Kong. We do not provide additional commercial warranty services such as repairs, parts replacement, or technical support.
• Changes After Ordering: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to changes of mind, wrong size/color/style selection, personal preferences, or poor fit are generally not accepted. Please check all options and details carefully before placing an order.
• Supply and Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, colorways, or details. Website images are for reference only, and the actual Canadian version received will prevail. We will handle significant changes to core models, quantities, or major specifications on a case-by-case basis.
• Transit Appearance: Long-distance transport may cause minor dents, creases, or scratches to the outer box. If the product itself, its functionality, quality, and seals remain unaffected, it is generally not considered a product quality issue.
• Size, Color, and Fit: Reasonable differences may occur due to body type, footwear, wearing style, screen display, and manual measurement. Unless the product is clearly inconsistent with the selected specifications or description, personal fit or slight color differences are generally not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Products: For intimate apparel, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene products, returns/exchanges for non-quality reasons are generally not accepted once they have been unsealed, tried on, used, or their original seals damaged.
• Inspection upon Receipt: Please check the product, quantity, style, appearance, and seals as soon as possible after receipt. If there are wrong items, shortages, significant damage, or quality issues, please contact us within 48 hours along with order details, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos for investigation with the supplier or logistics provider.
• Usage and Precautions: Please follow the manufacturer's label, size, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Problems caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Legal Rights: If the product received is incorrect, clearly inconsistent with the description, has significant quality issues, or transit damage has affected the product itself, its functionality, quality, or seals, we will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong laws.
