⚠️ Canada Direct Import and Proxy Purchase Terms (Please read before purchasing)

• Canada Direct Import and Estimated Delivery Time: Products are shipped directly from Canada via international air freight to Hong Kong. It generally takes 10–14 business days after payment and order confirmation; the actual delivery time is approximately two weeks. "Business days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or Hong Kong or Canadian public holidays.
• Delivery Time is Estimated: Arrival dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In the event of significant delays or unavailability, we will contact you to follow up based on the actual situation.
• Proxy Purchase and Local Warranty: This product is a Canadian proxy purchase/direct import. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, no local manufacturer or agency warranty in Hong Kong is provided. We do not provide maintenance, spare parts replacement, or technical support services as part of a commercial warranty.
• Post-Order Changes: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, we generally do not accept cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or fit; please double-check all options and information carefully before placing an order.
• Supply and Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, colors, or details. Website photos are for reference only; the current Canadian version received shall prevail. In the event of significant changes to core models, quantities, or major specifications, we will handle it according to the actual situation.
• External Appearance During Transit: Long-distance shipping may cause slight indentations, creases, or scratches to the outer packaging; if the product itself, its function, quality, and seals remain unaffected, it is generally not considered a product quality issue.
• Size, Color, and Fit: Differences may occur due to body shape, shoe style, wearing method, screen display, and manual measurement. Unless the product is clearly inconsistent with the selected specifications or description, personal fit or slight color differences are generally not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Products: Undergarments, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene products cannot be returned or exchanged for non-quality reasons once unsealed, tried on, used, or if the original seal is broken.
• Inspection Upon Receipt: Please check the product, quantity, style, appearance, and seals as soon as possible after receipt. If there are incorrect items, shortages, significant damage, or quality issues, we recommend contacting us within 48 hours with order details, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos to facilitate verification with the supplier or logistics provider.
• Usage and Precautions: Please follow the manufacturer's label, size, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human damage, or issues caused by unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Statutory Rights: If the product is incorrect, significantly inconsistent with the description, has major quality issues, or transit damage affects the product itself, its function, quality, or seals, we will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
