⚠️ Canada Direct Purchase & Sourcing Terms (Please read before purchasing)

• Canada Direct & Estimated Timeline: Products are air-shipped directly from Canada to Hong Kong. Generally, they are expected to arrive within 10–14 working days after payment and order confirmation, with the actual delivery time being approximately two weeks. "Working days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or Hong Kong/Canada public holidays.
• Estimated Timeline: Delivery dates are not guaranteed; delays may be caused by supplier processing, peak seasons, flight schedules, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In the event of significant delays or inability to supply, we will contact you to follow up based on the situation.
• Sourcing and Local Warranty: This product is a Canada sourcing/direct shipment item. Unless stated in writing on the product page, there is no local manufacturer or agent warranty in Hong Kong, and we do not provide commercial warranty services such as repairs, parts replacement, or technical support.
• Changes After Ordering: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or poor fit are generally not accepted; please double-check all options and details before placing your order.
• Supply and Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, colors, or details. Website images are for reference only, and the actual Canadian version received will prevail. We will handle significant changes to core models, quantities, or major specifications accordingly.
• Shipping Appearance: Long-distance shipping may cause minor indentations, creases, or scratches on the outer box; if the product itself, its function, quality, and seals remain unaffected, it is generally not considered a product quality issue.
• Size, Color, and Fit: Variations due to body type, footwear, wearing style, screen display, and manual measurement are considered reasonable. Unless the product significantly differs from the selected specifications or description, personal fit or slight color variations are generally not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Products: Personal clothing, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene products cannot be returned or exchanged if they are unsealed, tried on, used, or if their original seals are damaged, unless there is a quality issue.
• Inspection Upon Receipt: Please check the product, quantity, style, appearance, and seals as soon as possible after receipt; if there are incorrect items, shortages, significant damage, or quality issues, it is recommended to contact us within 48 hours along with order details, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos for investigation with the supplier or logistics provider.
• Usage and Precautions: Please follow the original manufacturer's labels, sizing, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Problems caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Statutory Rights: If the product is incorrect, significantly different from the description, has major quality issues, or has been damaged in transit affecting its function or quality, we will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
