⚠️ Terms for Direct Purchase from Canada (Please Read Before Purchasing)

• Direct Shipping from Canada and Estimated Delivery: Items are shipped via international air freight from Canada to Hong Kong. Delivery is generally expected within 10–14 business days after payment and order confirmation, with an actual arrival time of approximately two weeks. "Business days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or Hong Kong/Canadian public holidays.
• Estimated Delivery Time: Arrival dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In the event of significant delays or supply issues, we will contact you for follow-up based on the situation.
• Purchasing Agency and Local Warranty: This item is purchased via a Canadian agency/direct shipment. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, there is no local Hong Kong manufacturer or agent warranty. We do not provide separate commercial warranty services such as repairs, parts replacement, or technical support.
• Changes After Ordering: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, we generally do not accept cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or fit issues; please carefully check all options and information before placing your order.
• Supply and Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, colors, or details. Website images are for reference only; the actual Canadian version received prevails. If there are major changes to the core model, quantity, or main specifications, we will handle them according to the situation.
• Shipping Appearance: Long-distance transport may cause slight dents, creases, or scratches to the outer packaging; if the product itself, its function, quality, and seal remain unaffected, this is generally not considered a quality issue.
• Size, Color, and Fit: Variations may occur due to body type, shoe style, wearing method, screen display, and manual measurement. Unless the item is significantly inconsistent with the selected specifications or description, personal fit or slight color variations are generally not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Products: Once intimate apparel, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene products have been opened, tried on, used, or their original seals damaged, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for non-quality reasons.
• Inspection Upon Receipt: Please check the item, quantity, style, appearance, and seal as soon as possible after receipt. If there are incorrect items, shortages, major damage, or quality issues, we recommend contacting us within 48 hours with order information, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos to facilitate verification with the supplier or logistics provider.
• Usage and Precautions: Please follow the manufacturer's label, size, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Problems caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Statutory Rights: If the item is incorrect, significantly inconsistent with the description, has major quality issues, or transit damage has affected the product itself, its function, quality, or seal, we will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be legally excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong laws.
