⚠️ Terms for Direct Purchase and Shipping from Canada (Please read before purchasing)

• Canada Direct Shipping and Estimated Delivery Time: Items are shipped directly from Canada to Hong Kong via international air freight. Delivery is generally expected within 10–14 working days after payment and order confirmation, with actual arrival taking approximately two weeks. "Working days" exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and Hong Kong or Canadian public holidays.
• Estimated Delivery Time: Delivery dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. We will contact you to follow up in case of significant delays or unavailability.
• Procurement and Local Warranty: This product is a Canada-procured/direct-shipped item. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, it does not include local Hong Kong manufacturer or agency warranties. We do not provide separate commercial warranty services such as repairs, parts replacement, or technical support.
• Changes After Ordering: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to changes of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or poor fit are generally not accepted. Please carefully verify all options and information before placing your order.
• Supply and Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, colors, or details. Website images are for reference only; the current Canadian version received shall prevail. If there are major changes to core models, quantities, or key specifications, we will handle them on a case-by-case basis.
• Shipping Appearance: Long-distance shipping may cause minor dents, creases, or scratches to the outer packaging; if the product itself, its function, quality, and seal are unaffected, this is generally not considered a product quality issue.
• Size, Color, and Fit: Variations may occur due to different body types, footwear models, wearing methods, screen displays, and manual measurements. Unless the item is significantly inconsistent with the selected specifications or description, personal fit or minor color differences are generally not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Products: Once personal clothing, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene products are opened, tried on, used, or their original seals damaged, returns or exchanges for non-quality issues are generally not accepted.
• Receipt Inspection: Please check the items, quantity, style, appearance, and seals as soon as possible after receipt. If there are incorrect items, shortages, major damage, or quality issues, it is recommended to contact us within 48 hours along with order information, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos for investigation with the supplier or logistics provider.
• Usage and Precautions: Please follow the manufacturer's labels, sizing, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Problems caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Legal Rights: If the goods are incorrect, significantly inconsistent with the description, have major quality issues, or have sustained shipping damage affecting the product itself, its function, quality, or seal, we will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
