⚠️ Terms for Direct Import and Purchasing from Canada (Please note before purchase)

• Direct Import and Estimated Lead Time: Products are arranged for direct international air freight from Canada to Hong Kong. It is generally expected to arrive within 10–14 working days after payment and order confirmation; actual receipt time is approximately two weeks. "Working days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Estimated Lead Time: Arrival dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In the event of significant delays or unavailability, our store will contact you to follow up.
• Purchasing and Local Warranty: This product is a Canada purchase/direct import item. Unless otherwise specified in writing on the product page, no local Hong Kong manufacturer or agent warranty is provided, and our store does not provide commercial maintenance services such as repairs, parts replacement, or technical support.
• Changes After Ordering: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or poor fit are generally not accepted; please double-check all options and details before placing an order.
• Supply and Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, color schemes, or details. Website images are for reference only; the actual current Canadian version received shall prevail. In the event of major changes to the core model, quantity, or key specifications, our store will handle the situation accordingly.
• Shipping Appearance: Long-distance transportation may cause slight indentations, creases, or scratches on the outer box; if the product itself, functionality, quality, and seals remain unaffected, it is generally not considered a product quality issue.
• Size, Color, and Fit: Reasonable variations may occur due to body type, shoe style, wearing method, screen display, and manual measurement. Unless the product is clearly inconsistent with the selected specifications or description, issues related to personal fit or minor color differences are generally not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Products: For items such as intimate apparel, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene products, returns or exchanges for non-quality reasons are generally not accepted once unsealed, tried on, used, or if the original seal is damaged.
• Inspection Upon Receipt: Please check the product, quantity, style, appearance, and seals as soon as possible upon receipt; if there are incorrect items, shortages, significant damage, or quality issues, it is recommended to contact our store within 48 hours with order information, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos to facilitate investigation with the supplier or logistics provider.
• Use and Precautions: Please follow the manufacturer's label, size, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Problems caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Legal Rights: If the product is incorrect, significantly inconsistent with the description, has major quality issues, or if transportation damage has affected the product itself, functionality, quality, or seals, our store will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be legally excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
