• Canada Direct Shipping & Estimated Timeliness: Goods are shipped directly from Canada via international air freight to Hong Kong, generally expected to arrive within 10–14 business days after payment and order confirmation. Actual receipt time is approximately two weeks. "Business days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or Hong Kong or Canadian public holidays.
• Timeliness is an Estimate: Arrival dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In case of significant delays or unavailability, we will contact and follow up as per the actual situation.
• Pre-order & Local Warranty: This product is a Canadian pre-order/direct shipment. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, there is no local manufacturer's or agent's warranty in Hong Kong, and we do not provide commercial warranty services such as repair, parts replacement, or technical support.
• Changes After Ordering: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to changes of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or unsuitable fit are generally not accepted; please carefully verify all options and information before placing an order.
• Supply & Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, color schemes, or details. Website images are for reference only, and the actual Canadian version received will prevail. If there are significant changes to the core model, quantity, or main specifications, we will handle them according to the actual situation.
• Transit Appearance: Long-distance transportation may result in slight dents, creases, or scratches on the outer box; if the product itself, its function, quality, and seals are unaffected, this is generally not considered a product quality issue.
• Size, Color & Fit: Reasonable variations may occur due to different body types, footwear styles, wearing methods, screen displays, and manual measurements. Unless the product is clearly inconsistent with the selected specifications or description, related personal fit or minor color differences are generally not considered quality issues.

• Receipt Inspection: Please check the product, quantity, style, appearance, and seals as soon as possible after receiving the goods; if there is an incorrect item, shortage, significant damage, or quality issue, we recommend contacting us within 48 hours with order details, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos to facilitate verification with the supplier or logistics.
• Usage & Precautions: Please follow the original manufacturer's labels, sizing, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Problems caused by normal wear and tear, improper use, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Legal Rights: If the product is incorrect, significantly inconsistent with the description, has major quality issues, or if shipping damage affects the product itself, its function, quality, or seals, we will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be legally excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
