Typically, delivery is expected within 10–14 business days after payment and order confirmation. Actual receipt time is approximately two weeks. "Business days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or Hong Kong or Canadian public holidays.
• Estimated Timeframe: The arrival date is not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In case of significant delays or unavailability, we will contact and follow up according to the actual situation.
• Procurement & Local Warranty: This product is procured from/shipped directly from Canada. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, there is no local manufacturer's or agent's warranty in Hong Kong, and our store does not provide commercial warranty services such as repairs, parts replacement, or technical support.
• Post-Order Changes: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges are generally not accepted due to change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or unsuitable fit; please carefully verify all options and information before placing an order.
• Supply & Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, color schemes, or details. • Usage & Precautions: Please follow the original manufacturer's labels, sizing, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Problems caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Legal Rights: If the product is incorrect, significantly inconsistent with the description, has major quality issues, or if shipping damage has affected the product itself, functionality, quality, or seal, our store will follow up on a case-by-case basis.
