• Canada Direct Shipping and Estimated Timeline: Products are air-freighted directly from Canada to Hong Kong. Delivery is generally expected within 10–14 working days after payment and order confirmation, with actual arrival taking about two weeks. "Working days" exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Timeline is an Estimate: Arrival dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In the event of significant delays or supply issues, we will contact you to follow up.
• Purchasing and Local Warranty: This product is a Canada direct purchase. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, no local Hong Kong official or agent warranty is provided. We do not provide commercial repair, parts replacement, or technical support services.
• Post-Order Changes: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges are generally not accepted for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or poor fit; please carefully check all options and information before placing your order.
• Supply and Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, colors, or details. Website images are for reference only; the actual Canadian version received prevails. If there are major changes to the core model, quantity, or primary specifications, we will handle the situation accordingly.
• Shipping Appearance: Long-distance shipping may cause minor indentations, creases, or scratches on the outer box; if the product itself, its function, quality, and seals remain unaffected, this is generally not considered a product quality issue.
• Sizing, Color, and Fit: Differences in body shape, style, screen display, and manual measurement may lead to reasonable variations. Unless the product significantly differs from the selected specifications or description, issues related to personal fit or minor color differences are generally not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Products: Personal clothing, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene products are generally not returnable or exchangeable once unsealed, tried on, used, or if the original seal is damaged, unless there is a quality issue.
• Inspection Upon Receipt: Please check the product, quantity, style, appearance, and seals as soon as possible after receipt. If there are incorrect items, shortages, significant damage, or quality issues, it is recommended to contact us within 48 hours with order details, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos for investigation with the supplier or courier.
• Usage and Precautions: Please follow the official label, sizing, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human-inflicted damage, or issues arising from unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality defects.

Legal Rights: If the product is incorrect, significantly different from the description, has major quality issues, or transit damage has affected the product itself, its function, quality, or seals, we will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be legally excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
