• Direct shipping from Canada and estimated lead time: Products are shipped directly from Canada via international air freight to Hong Kong, generally expected to arrive within 10–14 working days after payment and order confirmation, with an actual arrival time of about two weeks. "Working days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or Hong Kong/Canadian public holidays.
• Estimated timelines: Arrival dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other situations beyond reasonable control. In the event of significant delays or failure to supply, our store will contact you to follow up based on the actual situation.
• Purchasing agency and local warranty: This product is a Canadian purchasing agency/direct import item. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, there is no local Hong Kong manufacturer or agent warranty, and our store does not provide commercial warranty services such as repairs, parts replacement, or technical support.
• Changes after ordering: Once the order has been submitted to the Canadian supplier, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to a change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or improper fit are generally not accepted; please double-check all options and details before placing your order.
• Supply and packaging updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, color schemes, or details. Website images are for reference only; the actual version currently available in Canada received upon delivery shall prevail. If there are major changes to core models, quantities, or key specifications, our store will handle them according to the situation.
• Transport appearance: Long-distance transport may cause slight indentations, creases, or scratches on the outer box; if the product itself, its function, quality, and seal are unaffected, it is generally not considered a product quality issue.
• Sizes, colors, and fit: Reasonable differences may arise due to different body types, shoe models, wearing methods, screen displays, and manual measurements. Unless the product significantly differs from the selected specifications or description, related personal fit issues or slight color discrepancies are generally not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene products: Once intimate apparel, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene items have been unsealed, tried on, used, or their original seals damaged, returns or exchanges for non-quality issues are generally not accepted.
• Inspection upon receipt: Please verify the item, quantity, style, appearance, and seal as soon as possible after receipt. If there are incorrect items, shortages, significant damage, or quality issues, it is recommended to contact our store within 48 hours with order details, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos to facilitate checking with the supplier or logistics provider.
• Usage and precautions: Please follow the official label, size, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Problems caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications do not constitute product quality issues.

Legal rights: If the product is incorrect, significantly differs from the description, has major quality issues, or has sustained transport damage that affects the product itself, its function, quality, or seal, our store will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be legally excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong laws.
