• No rinsing required. Combine 1 cup (250ml) quinoa with 2 cups (500ml) water or broth in a pot. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low, cover, and cook for about 15 minutes until the liquid is absorbed.
• Remove from heat and let stand for 5 minutes, then fluff with a fork; rice cooker cooking time is approximately 25–40 minutes, depending on the rice cooker.
