• Canada Direct Shipping and Estimated Timeframe: Items are shipped directly from Canada to Hong Kong via international air freight, typically arriving within 10–14 working days after payment and order confirmation; actual delivery takes approximately two weeks. "Working days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or Hong Kong/Canada public holidays.
• Estimated Timeframe: Delivery dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In the event of significant delays or unavailability, we will contact you for follow-up.
• Procurement and Local Warranty: This item is a Canadian procurement/direct shipment. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, no local Hong Kong original or agency warranty is provided, and we do not offer commercial warranty services such as repairs, parts replacement, or technical support.
• Order Changes: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or poor fit are generally not accepted; please double-check all options and information before ordering.
• Supply and Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, tags, batches, colors, or details. We will handle significant changes to core models, quantities, or major specifications on a case-by-case basis.
• Shipping Appearance: Long-distance transport may cause slight dents, creases, or scratches on outer boxes; if the product itself, functionality, quality, and seals are unaffected, this is generally not considered a quality issue.

Statutory Rights: If the product is incorrect, significantly inconsistent with the description, has major quality issues, or has sustained transport damage that affects the product itself, functionality, quality, or seals, we will handle the situation on a case-by-case basis.
