⚠️ Canada Direct Shipping & Personal Shopping Terms (Please Read Before Purchasing)

• Canada Direct Shipping & Estimated Timeline: Items are shipped directly from Canada to Hong Kong via international air freight. Delivery is generally expected within 10–14 business days after payment and order confirmation, with actual receipt time around two weeks. "Business days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Estimated Timeline: Delivery dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight schedules, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In case of significant delays or unavailability, our store will contact and follow up as per the actual situation.
• Personal Shopping & Local Warranty: This item is for personal shopping/direct shipping from Canada. Unless otherwise specified in writing on the product page, there is no local manufacturer or agent warranty in Hong Kong, and our store does not provide commercial warranty services such as repairs, parts replacement, or technical support.
• Changes After Ordering: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to a change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or ill-fitting items are generally not accepted; please carefully verify all options and information before placing an order.
• Supply and Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, color schemes, or details. Website images are for reference only, and the actual product received will be based on the current Canadian version. If there are significant changes to the core model, quantity, or main specifications, our store will handle it according to the actual situation.
• Shipping Appearance: Long-distance shipping may result in minor dents, creases, or scratches on the outer box; this is generally not considered a product quality issue if the product itself, its functionality, quality, and seals are unaffected.
• Sizing, Color, and Fit: Reasonable variations may occur due to different body types, shoe styles, wearing methods, screen displays, and manual measurements. Unless the product is clearly inconsistent with the selected specifications or description, related personal fit or slight color differences are generally not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Products: For intimate apparel, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene products, returns or exchanges for non-quality issues are generally not accepted once opened, tried on, used, or if the original seal is damaged.
• Receipt Inspection: Please check the product, quantity, style, appearance, and seals as soon as possible after receiving the goods; if there are incorrect items, shortages, significant damage, or quality issues, it is recommended to contact our store within 48 hours with order details, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos to facilitate verification with the supplier or logistics.
• Usage and Precautions: Please follow the manufacturer's labels, sizing, usage, cleaning, and care instructions. Issues caused by normal wear and tear, improper use, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Legal Rights: If the product is incorrect, significantly inconsistent with the description, has major quality issues, or if shipping damage affects the product itself, its functionality, quality, or seals, our store will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
