⚠️ Canada Direct Shipping and Purchasing Terms (Please Read Before Ordering)

• Canada Direct Shipping and Estimated Timeframe: Items are shipped directly from Canada to Hong Kong via international air freight, typically arriving within 10–14 business days after payment and order confirmation; the actual receipt time is approximately two weeks. "Business days" exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays in either Hong Kong or Canada.
• Timeframes are Estimates: Delivery dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight schedules, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In the event of significant delays or unavailability, we will contact and follow up with you accordingly.
• Purchasing Agency and Local Warranty: This product is a Canadian proxy purchase/direct ship item. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, there is no local Hong Kong manufacturer or agent warranty, and we do not provide separate commercial warranty services such as repairs, parts replacement, or technical support.
• Changes After Ordering: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, we generally do not accept cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or poor fit; please carefully verify all options and information before placing your order.
• Supply and Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, color schemes, or details. Website images are for reference only; the version currently received from Canada shall prevail. If there are major changes to the core model, quantity, or primary specifications, we will handle the situation accordingly.
• Shipping Appearance: Long-distance transport may cause slight dents, creases, or scratches on the outer packaging; if the product itself, its functionality, quality, and seals remain unaffected, this is generally not considered a product quality issue.
• Size, Color, and Fit: Reasonable differences may occur due to body type, footwear, wearing style, screen display, and manual measurement. Unless the product significantly deviates from the selected specifications or description, issues regarding personal fit or minor color discrepancies are generally not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Products: Intimate apparel, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene products are generally not eligible for return or exchange (except for quality issues) once unsealed, tried on, used, or if original seals are broken.
• Receipt Inspection: Please check the items, quantity, style, appearance, and seals as soon as possible after receipt. If there are incorrect items, shortages, significant damage, or quality issues, it is recommended to contact us within 48 hours with order details, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos to facilitate verification with the supplier or logistics provider.
• Usage and Precautions: Please follow the original manufacturer's labels, sizing, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human-induced damage, or problems caused by unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Legal Rights: If an item is shipped incorrectly, differs significantly from the description, has major quality issues, or sustains shipping damage that impacts the product's functionality, quality, or seals, we will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be legally excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
