⚠️ Canada Direct Shipping and Purchasing Terms (Please Read Before Purchasing)

• Canada Direct Shipping and Estimated Time: Products are shipped directly from Canada to Hong Kong via international air freight, generally expected to arrive within 10–14 working days after payment and order confirmation, with an actual delivery time of approximately two weeks. "Working days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Estimated Timeframe: Delivery dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In the event of significant delays or unavailability, we will contact you to follow up based on the actual situation.
• Purchasing Agency and Local Warranty: This product is a Canada purchase/direct shipment item. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, there is no local Hong Kong manufacturer or agency warranty, and we do not provide separate commercial warranty services such as repairs, parts replacement, or technical support.
• Changes After Ordering: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to changes of mind, wrong size/color/style selection, personal preference, or poor fit are generally not accepted; please double-check all options and details carefully before ordering.
• Supply and Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, colorways, or details. Website images are for reference only; the actual version received from Canada at the time of purchase shall prevail. If there are major changes to core models, quantities, or key specifications, we will handle them according to the actual situation.
• Shipping Appearance: Long-distance shipping may cause slight indentations, creases, or scratches on outer boxes; if the product itself, its function, quality, and seals remain unaffected, this is generally not considered a product quality issue.
• Size, Color, and Fit: Variations in body type, shoe style, wearing method, screen display, and manual measurement may lead to reasonable discrepancies. Unless the product significantly deviates from the selected specifications or description, personal fit or minor color differences are generally not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Products: Close-fitting clothing, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene items are generally not accepted for return or exchange (except for quality issues) once opened, tried on, used, or if the original seal is broken.
• Inspection Upon Receipt: Please verify the product, quantity, style, appearance, and seals as soon as possible after receipt. If there are incorrect items, shortages, significant damage, or quality issues, it is recommended to contact us within 48 hours with order details, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos to facilitate checks with suppliers or logistics.
• Usage and Precautions: Please follow the manufacturer's labels, sizing, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Problems caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Legal Rights: If the product is incorrect, significantly deviates from the description, has major quality issues, or has transit damage that affects the product itself, its function, quality, or seals, we will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
