⚠️ Canadian Direct Purchase & Proxy Shopping Terms (Please Read Before Purchasing)

• Canadian Direct Shipping & Estimated Timeline: Goods are shipped directly from Canada to Hong Kong via international air freight. Delivery is generally estimated to be within 10–14 business days after payment and order confirmation, with actual receipt time being approximately two weeks. "Business days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Estimated Timeline: The arrival date is an estimate and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In case of significant delays or unavailability, our store will contact and follow up as per the actual situation.
• Proxy Shopping & Local Warranty: This product is a Canadian proxy purchase / direct import. Unless otherwise explicitly stated in writing on the product page, there is no local manufacturer's or agent's warranty in Hong Kong, and our store does not provide commercial warranty services such as repairs, parts replacement, or technical support.
• Post-Order Changes: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges are generally not accepted due to change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or ill-fitting. Please carefully verify all options and information before placing an order.
• Supply & Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, color schemes, or details. Website images are for reference only; the actual version received will be the current Canadian version. In case of significant changes to core models, quantities, or main specifications, our store will handle the situation accordingly.
• Shipping Appearance: Long-distance transportation may result in minor dents, creases, or scratches on the outer box. This is generally not considered a product quality issue if the product itself, its function, quality, and seal remain unaffected.
• Sizing, Color & Fit: Reasonable discrepancies may arise due to different body shapes, shoe styles, wearing methods, screen displays, and manual measurements. Unless the product significantly deviates from the selected specifications or description, related personal fit or slight color differences are generally not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Products: For intimate apparel, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene products, returns or exchanges due to non-quality issues are generally not accepted once unsealed, tried on, used, or if the original seal is damaged.
• Inspection Upon Receipt: Please check the product, quantity, style, appearance, and seal as soon as you receive the goods. If there is a wrong item, shortage, significant damage, or quality issue, it is recommended to contact our store within 48 hours with order details, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos for verification with the supplier or logistics.
• Usage & Precautions: Please follow the original manufacturer's labels, sizing, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Issues caused by normal wear and tear, improper use, accidents, artificial damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Legal Rights: If the product is incorrect, significantly different from the description, has major quality issues, or if shipping damage affects the product itself, its function, quality, or seal, our store will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
