• Canada Direct Shipping & Estimated Time: Items are shipped internationally via air from Canada directly to Hong Kong. Delivery is generally expected within 10–14 business days after payment and order confirmation, with an actual arrival time of approximately two weeks. "Business days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Estimated Timeframe: Arrival dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We will contact you to follow up in the event of significant delays or unavailability.
• Purchasing & Local Warranty: This item is purchased/shipped directly from Canada. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, no local Hong Kong manufacturer or agent warranty is provided. We do not provide commercial warranty services such as repairs, parts replacement, or technical support.
• Changes After Ordering: Once an order is submitted to our Canadian supplier, we generally do not accept cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or poor fit; please carefully verify all options and information before placing your order.
• Supply & Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, colors, or details. Website images are for reference only; the actual current version received from Canada shall prevail. In the event of major changes to core models, quantities, or key specifications, we will handle the situation on a case-by-case basis.
• Shipping Appearance: Long-distance transit may cause minor indentations, creases, or scratches to outer packaging; if the product itself, its functionality, quality, and seals remain unaffected, this is generally not considered a product quality issue.
• Sizing, Color & Fit: Reasonable variations may occur due to individual body types, footwear, wearing methods, screen displays, and manual measurement. Unless the product is significantly different from the selected specifications or description, personal fit or minor color differences are generally not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Items: Intimate apparel, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene items are generally not eligible for return or exchange (unless there is a quality issue) once they have been opened, tried on, used, or their original seals damaged.
• Inspection Upon Receipt: Please check the items, quantity, style, appearance, and seals as soon as possible after receipt. If there are incorrect items, shortages, major damage, or quality issues, it is recommended to contact us within 48 hours, along with order information, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos for investigation with the supplier or logistics provider.
• Usage & Precautions: Please follow the official labels, sizing, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human-induced damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Legal Rights: If an item is shipped incorrectly, differs significantly from the description, has major quality issues, or if shipping damage has affected the product itself, its function, quality, or seals, we will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
