⚠️ Terms and Conditions for Direct-Shipping from Canada (Please read before purchase)

• Direct Shipping from Canada and Estimated Time: Products are arranged for direct international air shipping from Canada to Hong Kong, typically arriving within 10–14 working days after payment and order confirmation. The actual arrival time is approximately two weeks. "Working days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or Hong Kong/Canadian public holidays.
• Estimated Timeframe: Delivery dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight schedules, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In the event of significant delays or unavailability, we will contact you based on the situation.
• Proxy Purchasing and Local Warranty: This product is a proxy-purchased/direct-shipped item from Canada. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, there is no local Hong Kong manufacturer or agency warranty, and we do not provide commercial maintenance services such as repairs, part replacements, or technical support.
• Changes After Ordering: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to change of mind, choosing the wrong size/color/style, personal preference, or improper fit are generally not accepted; please carefully verify all options and information before placing your order.
• Supply and Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, colors, or details. Website images are for reference only; the actual version received from Canada prevails. If there are significant changes to the core model, quantity, or major specifications, we will handle the situation accordingly.
• Shipping Condition: Long-distance shipping may cause slight indentations, creases, or scratches on the outer box. If the product itself, its functionality, quality, and seal are unaffected, this is generally not considered a product quality issue.
• Size, Color, and Fit: Variations due to body shape, footwear, wearing style, screen display, and manual measurement may occur. Unless the product significantly differs from the chosen specifications or description, personal fit or minor color discrepancies are generally not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Products: For intimate apparel, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene products, returns or exchanges for non-quality reasons are generally not accepted once the seal is broken, tried on, used, or damaged.
• Inspection Upon Receipt: Please verify the product, quantity, style, appearance, and seal as soon as possible upon receipt. If there are incorrect items, shortages, significant damage, or quality issues, it is recommended to contact us within 48 hours with order details, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos for investigation with the supplier or logistics provider.
• Usage and Precautions: Please follow the original manufacturer's labels, sizing, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Problems caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications do not qualify as product quality issues.

Legal Rights: If the product is the wrong item, significantly different from the description, has major quality issues, or has been damaged during transport to an extent that affects its function, quality, or seal, we will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be legally excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
