⚠️ Terms for Direct Shipping from Canada and Purchasing Agent Services (Please read before purchase)

• Direct Shipping from Canada and Estimated Timeframe: Items are shipped directly to Hong Kong via international air freight arranged from Canada. Delivery is generally expected within 10–14 business days after payment and order confirmation, with an actual receipt time of approximately two weeks. "Business days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or Hong Kong/Canada public holidays.
• Estimated Timeframe: Delivery dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other factors beyond reasonable control. In the event of significant delays or unavailability, we will contact you to follow up based on the actual situation.
• Purchasing Agent Service and Local Warranty: This product is a Canada purchase/direct shipment item. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, there is no local Hong Kong manufacturer or agent warranty. We do not provide separate commercial warranty services such as repairs, parts replacement, or technical support.
• Changes After Ordering: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to changes of mind, incorrect selection of size/color/style, personal preference, or improper fit are generally not accepted. Please carefully verify all options and information before placing your order.
• Supply and Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, color schemes, or details. Website images are for reference only; the actual version received from Canada shall prevail. In the event of major changes to core models, quantities, or key specifications, we will handle the situation according to actual circumstances.
• Shipping Appearance: Long-distance transport may cause slight indentations, creases, or scratches on the outer box. If the product itself, its function, quality, and seals remain unaffected, this is generally not considered a product quality issue.
• Sizing, Color, and Fit: Variations may occur due to body shape, footwear, wearing style, screen display, and manual measurement. Unless the product significantly differs from the selected specifications or description, personal fit or minor color differences are generally not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Items: Intimate apparel, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene products are generally not eligible for return or exchange for non-quality reasons once unsealed, tried on, used, or if the original seal is damaged.
• Inspection Upon Receipt: Please verify the product, quantity, style, appearance, and seals as soon as possible after receipt. If there are incorrect items, shortages, significant damage, or quality issues, it is recommended to contact us within 48 hours with order details, full packaging, and clear photos/videos so we can investigate with the supplier or logistics provider.
• Usage and Precautions: Please follow the original manufacturer labels, sizing, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Problems caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Legal Rights: If the product is the wrong item, significantly differs from the description, has major quality issues, or if shipping damage has affected the product, its function, quality, or seals, we will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be legally excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
