⚠️ Canada Direct Shipping & Purchasing Terms (Please read before ordering)

• Canada Direct Shipping & Estimated Time: Items are shipped directly from Canada to Hong Kong via international air freight, typically arriving within 10–14 working days after payment and order confirmation; actual receipt time is approximately two weeks. "Working days" exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Delivery Time Estimates: Arrival dates are not guaranteed. Delays caused by supplier processing, peak seasons, flight schedules, customs clearance, logistics, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control may occur. We will contact you to follow up if there are significant delays or supply issues.
• Purchasing Agency & Local Warranty: This product is a Canada-sourced purchase. Unless otherwise specified in writing on the product page, no local Hong Kong manufacturer or agent warranty is provided. We do not offer independent repair, parts replacement, or commercial technical support services.
• Post-Order Changes: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to changes of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or poor fit are generally not accepted. Please check all selections and information carefully before ordering.
• Supply & Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, color schemes, or details. Website images are for reference only; the version currently available in Canada upon arrival shall prevail. We will handle significant changes to core models, quantities, or major specifications on a case-by-case basis.
• Transit Appearance: Long-distance transport may cause slight dents, creases, or scratches to the outer packaging. If the product itself, its function, quality, and seals remain unaffected, this is generally not considered a product quality issue.
• Size, Color & Fit: Variations due to body shape, shoe style, wearing method, screen display, and manual measurement are reasonable. Unless the item differs significantly from the selected specifications or description, personal fit or slight color variations are generally not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Products: Items such as intimate apparel, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene products are generally non-returnable once unsealed, tried on, used, or if original seals are broken, provided there are no quality defects.
• Inspection Upon Receipt: Please check the item, quantity, style, appearance, and seals as soon as possible after receipt. If there are incorrect items, shortages, major damage, or quality issues, please contact us within 48 hours with order details, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos for verification with the supplier or logistics provider.
• Usage & Precautions: Please follow the factory labels, sizing, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Problems caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Legal Rights: If the product is incorrect, significantly differs from the description, has major quality issues, or transit damage has affected the product's function, quality, or seals, we will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be legally excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
