⚠️ Canada Direct Purchase and Procurement Terms (Please read before purchasing)

• Canada Direct Shipping and Estimated Timeframe: Items are shipped directly from Canada to Hong Kong via international air freight. They are generally expected to arrive within 10–14 working days after payment and order confirmation; the actual receipt time is approximately two weeks. "Working days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Timeframe is an estimate: Delivery dates are not guaranteed; delays may be caused by supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other situations beyond reasonable control. In the event of significant delays or unavailability, we will contact and follow up according to the actual situation.
• Procurement and Local Warranty: This product is a Canadian procurement/direct-ship item. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, no local Hong Kong manufacturer or agent warranty is provided, and we do not offer commercial warranty services such as repairs, replacement parts, or technical support.
• Changes after Ordering: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to changes of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or poor fit are generally not accepted; please check all options and details carefully before placing an order.
• Supply and Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, color schemes, or details. Website images are for reference only; the actual current Canadian version received shall prevail. In the event of major changes to core models, quantities, or main specifications, we will handle the situation accordingly.
• Transit Appearance: Long-distance transport may cause slight dents, creases, or scratches on the outer box; if the product itself, its function, quality, and seals are unaffected, this is generally not considered a product quality issue.
• Sizing, Color, and Fit: Variations may occur due to different body types, shoe styles, wearing methods, screen displays, and manual measurements. Unless the item is significantly inconsistent with the selected specifications or description, personal fit or minor color differences are generally not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Products: Personal clothing, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene items generally cannot be returned or exchanged for non-quality reasons once unsealed, tried on, used, or if the original seal is damaged.
• Receipt Inspection: Please check the item, quantity, style, appearance, and seals as soon as possible after receipt. For incorrect items, shortages, significant damage, or quality issues, it is recommended to contact us within 48 hours along with order details, original packaging, and clear photos/videos for verification with the supplier or logistics provider.
• Usage and Precautions: Please follow the original manufacturer's labels, sizing, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Problems caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Legal Rights: If an item is incorrect, significantly inconsistent with the description, has a major quality issue, or has suffered transit damage affecting the product itself, its function, quality, or seals, we will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
