• Canada Direct Shipping and Estimated Timeframe: Items are shipped directly from Canada to Hong Kong via international air freight, typically arriving within 10–14 working days after payment and order confirmation, with an actual receipt time of about two weeks. "Working days" exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Estimates Only: Arrival dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics, extreme weather, or other factors beyond our reasonable control. We will contact you to follow up in the event of significant delays or unavailability.
• Purchasing and Local Warranty: This product is a Canadian purchase/direct shipment item. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, it does not come with local Hong Kong manufacturer or agent warranties. We do not provide separate commercial maintenance services such as repairs, parts replacement, or technical support.
• Post-Order Changes: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, we generally do not accept cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to a change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or poor fit; please carefully check all options and details before placing your order.

• Usage and Precautions: Please follow the manufacturer's labels, sizing, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Problems caused by normal wear and tear, improper use, accidents, human-induced damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Legal Rights: Should a product be incorrect, significantly different from the description, have major quality issues, or arrive with shipping damage affecting the product itself, its function, quality, or seals, we will follow up on a case-by-case basis.
