• Canada Direct Shipping and Estimated Timeframe: Items are shipped directly from Canada to Hong Kong via international air freight. Delivery is generally expected within 10–14 business days after payment and order confirmation, with a typical receipt time of about two weeks. "Business days" exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays in either Hong Kong or Canada.
• Estimated Timeframes: Delivery dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We will contact you to follow up in the event of significant delays or unavailability.
• Procurement and Local Warranty: This item is a direct purchase/procurement from Canada. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, it does not include a local Hong Kong manufacturer or agent warranty, and we do not provide separate commercial maintenance services such as repairs, parts replacement, or technical support.
• Changes After Ordering: Once an order has been submitted to the Canadian supplier, we generally do not accept cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to changes of mind, wrong size/colour/style selection, personal preference, or poor fit; please check all options and information carefully before placing your order.
• Supply and Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, colourways, or details. Website images are for reference only; the version currently provided in Canada at the time of purchase shall prevail. In the event of major changes to core models, quantities, or key specifications, we will handle the situation on a case-by-case basis.
• Shipping Appearance: Long-distance transit may cause minor indentations, creases, or scratches on the outer box. Provided the product itself, its function, quality, and seals remain unaffected, this is generally not considered a product quality issue.
• Sizing, Colour, and Fit: Reasonable variations may occur due to differences in body shape, footwear, styling, screen displays, and manual measurements. Unless a product clearly does not match the selected specification or description, minor colour variations or personal fit issues are generally not considered quality problems.
• Hygiene Items: Intimate apparel, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene products are generally non-returnable or exchangeable (barring quality issues) once opened, tried on, used, or if the original seal is broken.
• Receipt Inspection: Please check the items, quantity, style, appearance, and seals as soon as possible upon receipt. In the event of incorrect items, shortages, major damage, or quality issues, please contact us within 48 hours with order details, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos to facilitate investigation with the supplier or logistics provider.
• Usage and Precautions: Please follow the manufacturer's labels, sizing, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human-induced damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Legal Rights: If an item is incorrectly shipped, significantly deviates from the description, has major quality issues, or has sustained transport damage that affects the product itself, its functionality, quality, or seals, we will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be legally excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
