• Canada Direct Shipping and Estimated Delivery: Items are arranged for direct international air shipping from Canada to Hong Kong, typically estimated to arrive within 10–14 business days after payment and order confirmation (approx. two weeks). "Business days" exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Estimated Timeframes: Delivery dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other factors beyond reasonable control. In cases of significant delay or unavailability, we will contact you to follow up.
• Purchasing Agency and Local Warranty: This item is purchased/shipped directly from Canada. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, there is no local Hong Kong original factory or agent warranty, and we do not provide separate commercial maintenance, spare parts replacement, or technical support services.
• Post-Order Changes: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or improper fit are generally not accepted; please verify all options and information carefully before placing your order.
• Supply and Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, colors, or details. Website images are for reference only; the actual version received from Canada shall prevail. We will handle significant changes in core models, quantities, or major specifications accordingly.
• Shipping Appearance: Long-distance transport may cause minor dents, creases, or scratches on outer packaging; this is generally not considered a product quality issue if the product itself, its function, quality, and seals remain unaffected.

• Usage and Precautions: Please follow the original factory labels, sizing, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Problems caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.
