⚠️ Canada Direct Shipping and Purchasing Terms (Please Read Before Ordering)

• Canada Direct Shipping and Estimated Timeframe: Items are shipped directly from Canada to Hong Kong via international air freight. Delivery is generally expected within 10–14 working days after payment and order confirmation, with an actual arrival time of approximately two weeks. "Working days" exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Timeframes are Estimates: Arrival dates are not guaranteed; delays may be caused by supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In the event of significant delays or unavailability, we will contact you to follow up based on the situation.
• Purchasing and Local Warranty: This item is a Canadian proxy purchase/direct shipment. Unless stated otherwise in writing on the product page, no local Hong Kong original or agent warranty is provided, and we do not offer commercial warranty services such as repairs, parts replacement, or technical support.
• Changes After Ordering: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, we generally do not accept cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preferences, or improper fit; please double-check all options and information before placing your order.
• Supply and Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, color schemes, or details. Website images are for reference only, and the actual version currently received from Canada shall prevail. If there are major changes to the core model, quantity, or key specifications, we will handle them according to the actual situation.
• Shipping Appearance: Long-distance transport may cause slight indentations, creases, or scratches to the outer box. If the product itself, its functionality, quality, and seals remain unaffected, this is generally not considered a product quality issue.
• Size, Color, and Fit: Reasonable variations may occur due to body type, footwear, wearing style, screen display, and manual measurement. Unless the item is significantly inconsistent with the selected specifications or description, such personal fit issues or slight color differences are generally not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Products: Intimate apparel, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene products are generally not accepted for return or exchange unless there is a quality issue once they have been opened, tried on, used, or their original seals are damaged.
• Inspection Upon Receipt: Please check the items, quantity, style, appearance, and seals as soon as possible after receipt. If there are incorrect items, shortages, major damage, or quality issues, it is recommended to contact us within 48 hours along with order details, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos to facilitate checks with the supplier or logistics provider.
• Use and Precautions: Please follow the original labels, size, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Statutory Rights: If an item is incorrectly shipped, significantly inconsistent with the description, possesses major quality issues, or has sustained transport damage affecting the product itself, its functionality, quality, or seals, we will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong laws.
