⚠️ Terms for Direct Shipping and Sourcing from Canada (Please read before purchasing)

• Direct Shipping from Canada and Estimated Timeframe: Items are shipped directly from Canada to Hong Kong via international air freight. Delivery is generally expected within 10–14 working days after payment and order confirmation, with an actual arrival time of approximately two weeks. "Working days" exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Timeframes are Estimates: Arrival dates are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We will contact you to follow up if there are significant delays or if an item becomes unavailable.
• Sourcing and Local Warranty: This item is sourced/shipped directly from Canada. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, it does not include a local Hong Kong manufacturer or agent warranty. We do not provide additional commercial warranty services such as repairs, replacement parts, or technical support.
• Changes After Ordering: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, requests for cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to changes of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or improper fit are generally not accepted. Please carefully verify all options and information before placing your order.
• Supply and Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, colorways, or details. Website images are for reference only, and the actual version received from Canada shall prevail. If there are major changes to the core model, quantity, or key specifications, we will handle them based on the actual situation.
• Shipping Appearance: Long-distance transportation may cause minor indentations, creases, or scratches on outer packaging. If the product itself, its function, quality, and seals remain unaffected, these are generally not considered quality issues.
• Size, Color, and Fit: Reasonable variations may occur due to different body types, styles, wearing methods, screen displays, and manual measurements. Unless the item is significantly inconsistent with the selected specifications or description, personal fit or minor color differences are generally not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Items: Intimate apparel, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene items are generally not eligible for return or exchange (except for quality issues) once opened, tried on, used, or if the original seal is broken.
• Inspection Upon Receipt: Please verify the item, quantity, style, appearance, and seals as soon as possible after receipt. If there are incorrect items, shortages, significant damage, or quality issues, we recommend contacting us within 48 hours, including order information, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos, to facilitate investigation with our suppliers or logistics partners.
• Usage and Precautions: Please follow the original manufacturer's labels, sizing, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Problems resulting from normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered quality issues with the product itself.

Statutory Rights: If an item is shipped incorrectly, is significantly inconsistent with the description, has major quality issues, or if shipping damage has affected the product's function, quality, or seals, we will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
