⚠️ Canada Direct Shipping & Procurement Terms (Please read before purchasing)

• Canada Direct Shipping & Estimated Timeframe: Items are shipped directly from Canada to Hong Kong via international air freight. Delivery is generally expected within 10–14 business days after payment and order confirmation, with an actual receipt time of approximately two weeks. "Business days" exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Estimated Timeframe: Arrival dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In the event of significant delays or unavailability, we will contact you for follow-up based on the actual situation.
• Procurement & Local Warranty: This item is procured/shipped directly from Canada. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, there is no local Hong Kong manufacturer or agency warranty, and we do not provide separate commercial warranty services such as repairs, parts replacement, or technical support.
• Post-Order Changes: Once an order is submitted to our Canadian supplier, we generally do not accept cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or improper fit; please double-check all options and details before placing your order.
• Supply & Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, colorways, or details. Website images are for reference only, and the actual version received from Canada shall prevail. In the event of major changes to the core model, quantity, or key specifications, we will handle the situation accordingly.
• Transit Appearance: Long-distance shipping may cause minor dents, creases, or scratches to the outer packaging; if the product itself, its function, quality, and seals remain unaffected, this is generally not considered a product quality issue.
• Size, Color, & Fit: Reasonable variations may occur due to individual body types, footwear, wearing style, screen display, and manual measurement. Unless the product significantly deviates from the selected specifications or description, personal fit or minor color discrepancies are generally not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Products: Personal items such as undergarments, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene products cannot be returned or exchanged for non-quality reasons once unsealed, tried on, used, or if their original seals are damaged.
• Inspection Upon Receipt: Please check the item, quantity, style, appearance, and seals as soon as possible after receipt. If there are incorrect items, shortages, significant damage, or quality issues, it is recommended to contact us within 48 hours with order details, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos to facilitate checks with our suppliers or logistics partners.
• Use & Precautions: Please follow the official manufacturer labels and instructions for sizing, usage, cleaning, and maintenance. Issues resulting from normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Legal Rights: If the product is incorrect, significantly deviates from the description, has major quality issues, or transit damage has affected the product itself, its function, quality, or seals, we will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
