Generally, delivery is expected within 10–14 business days after payment and order confirmation, with an actual receipt time of approximately two weeks. "Business days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Timeframe is an Estimate: Arrival dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. If there are significant delays or supply issues, we will contact you to follow up based on the actual situation.
• Purchasing Agency and Local Warranty: This item is a Canada purchase/direct shipping item. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, there is no local Hong Kong official or agent warranty.
