• Canada Direct Shipping and Estimated Time: Products are arranged for international air express shipping from Canada directly to Hong Kong. Delivery is generally expected within 10–14 business days after payment and order confirmation; actual receipt time is approximately two weeks. "Business days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Estimated Timeframe: Delivery dates are not guaranteed; delays may be caused by supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We will contact and follow up on a case-by-case basis in the event of significant delays or unavailability.
• Purchasing Agent Service and Local Warranty: This product is a Canadian purchasing agent/direct shipment item. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, there is no local Hong Kong manufacturer or agent warranty. We do not provide separate commercial warranty services such as repairs, parts replacement, or technical support.
• Changes After Ordering: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to changes of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or poor fit are generally not accepted. Please carefully verify all options and information before placing your order.
• Supply and Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, color schemes, or details. Website images are for reference only; the actual version received from Canada at the time of purchase shall prevail. If there are significant changes to core models, quantities, or major specifications, we will handle them based on the actual situation.
• Shipping Appearance: Long-distance transportation may cause slight indentations, creases, or scratches on the outer box. If the product itself, its function, quality, and seals remain unaffected, this is generally not considered a product quality issue.
• Size, Color, and Fit: Reasonable variations may occur due to different body shapes, footwear, wearing styles, screen displays, and manual measurements. Unless the product is clearly inconsistent with the selected specifications or description, issues regarding personal fit or minor color differences are generally not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Items: Intimate apparel, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene items are generally not returnable or exchangeable for non-quality issues once unsealed, tried on, used, or if the original seal is broken.
• Receipt Inspection: Please verify the product, quantity, style, appearance, and seals as soon as possible after receipt. If there are incorrect items, shortages, significant damage, or quality issues, it is recommended to contact us within 48 hours, along with order details, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos, to facilitate verification with the supplier or logistics provider.
• Usage and Precautions: Please follow the original manufacturer's labels, sizing, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Problems resulting from normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Legal Rights: If the product is incorrect, significantly inconsistent with the description, has major quality issues, or if shipping damage has affected the product itself, its function, quality, or seals, we will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be legally excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
