• Canada Direct Shipping and Estimated Time: Products are shipped directly from Canada to Hong Kong via international air freight. Delivery is generally expected within 10–14 working days after payment and order confirmation, with a total lead time of approximately two weeks. "Working days" exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays in either Hong Kong or Canada.
• Timeframes are Estimates: Arrival dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In the event of significant delays or supply failure, we will contact you to follow up based on the actual situation.
• Purchasing Agent Service and Local Warranty: This item is a Canadian purchase/direct shipment. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, no local Hong Kong manufacturer or agent warranty is provided. We do not provide repair, parts replacement, or technical support services.
• Changes After Ordering: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, we generally do not accept cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or improper fit; please double-check all options and information before placing your order.
• Supply and Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, colors, or details. Website images are for reference only; the actual version received from Canada at the time of purchase shall prevail. If there are major changes to the core model, quantity, or key specifications, we will handle the matter on a case-by-case basis.
• Shipping Appearance: Long-distance transit may cause minor indentations, creases, or scratches on the outer box; this is generally not considered a product quality issue as long as the product itself, its function, quality, and seals remain unaffected.
• Size, Color, and Fit: Reasonable variations may occur due to individual physique, footwear, style of wear, screen display, and manual measurement. Unless the product is significantly inconsistent with the selected specifications or description, personal fit or minor color differences are generally not considered quality issues.

If there are incorrect items, shortages, significant damage, or quality issues, please contact us within 48 hours along with order details, full packaging, and clear photos/videos for investigation with the supplier or logistics provider.
• Usage and Precautions: Please follow the manufacturer's labels, size charts, and instructions for use, cleaning, and maintenance. Issues arising from normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Legal Rights: If the product is incorrect, significantly inconsistent with the description, has a major quality issue, or is damaged during transport in a way that affects the product itself, its function, quality, or seals, we will follow up based on the individual case. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be legally excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
