⚠️ Canada Direct Purchase and Concierge Terms (Please read before purchasing)

• Direct Shipping from Canada and Estimated Timeline: Products are shipped directly from Canada to Hong Kong via international air freight. Delivery is generally expected within 10–14 business days after payment and order confirmation. Actual receipt time is approximately two weeks. "Business days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or Hong Kong or Canadian public holidays.
• Estimated Timeline: Arrival dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight schedules, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In case of significant delays or inability to supply, our store will contact and follow up as appropriate.
• Concierge Service and Local Warranty: This product is a Canada concierge/direct purchase item. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, there is no local manufacturer's or agent's warranty in Hong Kong, and our store does not provide commercial warranty services such as repairs, parts replacement, or technical support.
• Post-Order Changes: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges are generally not accepted due to change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or ill-fitting items; please carefully verify all options and information before placing an order.
• Supply and Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, color schemes, or details. Website images are for reference only; the actual current Canadian version received will prevail. In case of major changes to core models, quantities, or main specifications, our store will handle the situation as appropriate.
• Shipping Appearance: Long-distance transportation may result in minor dents, creases, or scratches on the outer box; if the product itself, its function, quality, and seal are unaffected, this is generally not considered a product quality issue.
• Sizing, Color, and Fit: Reasonable variations may occur due to different body shapes, shoe types, wearing styles, screen displays, and manual measurements. Unless the product significantly deviates from the selected specifications or description, related personal fit issues or slight color differences are generally not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Products: Underwear, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene products are generally not accepted for return or exchange for non-quality reasons once opened, tried on, used, or if their original seal is damaged.
• Inspection Upon Receipt: Please check the product, quantity, style, appearance, and seal as soon as possible after receipt; in case of incorrect goods, shortages, significant damage, or quality issues, it is recommended to contact our store within 48 hours with order details, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos for verification with the supplier or logistics.
• Usage and Precautions: Please follow the original manufacturer's labels, sizing, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Issues arising from normal wear and tear, incorrect use, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Statutory Rights: If the product is incorrect, significantly deviates from the description, has major quality issues, or if shipping damage has affected the product itself, its function, quality, or seal, our store will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
