⚠️ Canada Direct Shipping and Procurement Terms (Please read before purchasing)

• Canada Direct Shipping and Estimated Time: Items are shipped directly from Canada to Hong Kong via international air freight. They are generally expected to arrive within 10–14 working days after payment and order confirmation, with actual delivery taking about two weeks. "Working days" exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Timeframes are Estimates: Arrival dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In the event of significant delays or stock unavailability, we will contact you to follow up.
• Procurement and Local Warranty: This item is purchased/shipped directly from Canada. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, it does not come with a local Hong Kong manufacturer or agency warranty, and we do not provide independent repair, part replacement, or technical support services.
• Changes After Ordering: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, we generally do not accept cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to changes of mind, choosing the wrong size/color/style, personal preference, or poor fit; please verify all options and details carefully before placing your order.
• Supply and Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, color schemes, or details. Website images are for reference only; the actual version currently available in Canada upon receipt prevails. We will handle cases involving significant changes to core models, quantities, or major specifications accordingly.
• Shipping Appearance: Long-distance shipping may cause minor indentations, creases, or scratches on the outer box; if the product itself, its functionality, quality, and seals remain unaffected, this is generally not considered a product quality issue.
• Sizing, Color, and Fit: Variations may occur due to individual body shape, footwear, wearing style, screen display, and manual measurement. Unless the product is significantly inconsistent with the chosen specifications or description, personal fit or minor color differences are generally not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Items: Once intimate apparel, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, or other personal hygiene items have been unsealed, tried on, used, or their original seals damaged, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for non-quality issues.
• Inspection Upon Receipt: Please check the items, quantity, style, appearance, and seals as soon as you receive the package; if there are incorrect items, shortages, significant damage, or quality issues, we recommend contacting us within 48 hours with order details, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos to facilitate checks with the supplier or logistics provider.
• Usage and Precautions: Please follow the original manufacturer labels and instructions for sizing, usage, cleaning, and maintenance. Normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human-induced damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Statutory Rights: If the product is incorrect, significantly inconsistent with the description, possesses major quality issues, or has sustained transport damage that affects the product itself, its functionality, quality, or seals, we will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
