⚠️ Canada Direct Purchase and Concierge Service Terms (Please read before purchasing)

• Canada Direct Shipping and Estimated Timeline: Products are shipped directly from Canada to Hong Kong via international air freight. Generally, delivery is expected within 10–14 working days after payment and order confirmation, with actual receipt time around two weeks. "Working days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Estimated Timeline: Arrival dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight schedules, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In case of significant delays or unavailability, we will contact and follow up as per the actual situation.
• Concierge Service and Local Warranty: This product is a Canada direct purchase/concierge service. Unless otherwise explicitly stated in writing on the product page, there is no local factory or agent warranty in Hong Kong, and our store does not provide commercial warranty services such as repair, parts replacement, or technical support.
• Order Changes After Placement: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges are generally not accepted due to change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or unsuitable fit; please carefully verify all options and information before placing an order.
• Supply and Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, color schemes, or details. Website images are for reference only; the actual Canadian version received will prevail. If there are significant changes to the core model, quantity, or major specifications, our store will handle it according to the actual situation.
• Shipping Appearance: Long-distance transportation may result in minor indentations, creases, or scratches on the outer box; if the product itself, its function, quality, and seals are unaffected, it is generally not considered a product quality issue.
• Sizing, Color, and Fit: Reasonable variations may occur due to different body shapes, shoe types, wearing methods, screen displays, and manual measurements. Unless the product significantly deviates from the selected specifications or description, personal fit issues or slight color differences are generally not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Products: Personal hygiene products such as intimate apparel, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and others, once unsealed, tried on, used, or their original seal damaged, are generally not accepted for returns or exchanges unless there is a quality issue.
• Receipt Inspection: Please check the product, quantity, style, appearance, and seals as soon as possible upon receipt; if there is an incorrect item, shortage, significant damage, or quality issue, it is recommended to contact our store within 48 hours with order details, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos for verification with the supplier or logistics.
• Usage and Precautions: Please follow the original factory labels, sizing, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Problems caused by normal wear and tear, improper use, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Statutory Rights: If the product is incorrect, significantly deviates from the description, has major quality issues, or if shipping damage affects the product itself, its function, quality, or seals, our store will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
