⚠️ Canada Direct Shipping & Proxy Purchase Terms (Please Read Before Buying)

• Canada Direct Shipping & Estimated Timeframe: Products are shipped directly from Canada via international air freight to Hong Kong, generally expected to arrive within 10–14 business days after payment and order confirmation. Actual receipt time is approximately two weeks. "Business days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Estimated Timeframe: Arrival dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In case of significant delays or unavailability, we will contact and follow up according to the actual situation.
• Proxy Purchase & Local Warranty: This product is a proxy purchase/direct shipment from Canada. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, there is no local manufacturer or agent warranty in Hong Kong, and our store does not provide commercial warranty services such as repairs, parts replacement, or technical support.
• Changes After Ordering: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or ill-fitting are generally not accepted; please carefully check all options and information before placing an order.
• Supply & Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, color schemes, or details. Website images are for reference only; the actual received version from Canada will prevail. If there are significant changes to the core model, quantity, or main specifications, our store will handle it according to the actual situation.
• Shipping Appearance: Long-distance shipping may cause minor dents, creases, or scratches on the outer box; if the product itself, functionality, quality, and seals are unaffected, it is generally not considered a product quality issue.
• Size, Color & Fit: Reasonable discrepancies may arise due to different body types, shoe styles, wearing methods, screen displays, and manual measurements. Unless the product is clearly inconsistent with the selected specifications or description, related personal fit or minor color differences are generally not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Products: For intimate apparel, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene products, returns or exchanges for non-quality issues are generally not accepted once unsealed, tried on, used, or if the original seal is damaged.
• Inspection Upon Receipt: Please check the product, quantity, style, appearance, and seals as soon as possible after receipt; in case of wrong goods, shortage, significant damage, or quality issues, it is recommended to contact our store within 48 hours with order details, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos for verification with the supplier or logistics.
• Usage & Precautions: Please follow the original manufacturer's labels, sizing, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Problems caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Statutory Rights: If the product is incorrect, significantly inconsistent with the description, has major quality issues, or if shipping damage affects the product itself, functionality, quality, or seals, our store will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
